Refund policy
At WeReload, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience issues with your eSIM or data package, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds may be issued for unused data packages or in cases of technical errors that prevent service use. Refunds are not available once the eSIM has been activated and data usage has begun. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and processing time may take up to 10 business days.
